Do you have restock notifications?

While inventory and quantity are limited, there will occasionally be a restock of items if there are enough requests for it. To place a request for restock, please send an email to alannamurray001@gmail.com with the item name, color, and size that you would like to see back in the store. The best way to be notified of any restock is by subscribing to our emails (don’t worry – we do not bombard your inbox) or by following By_Alanna on Tik Tok. That is where you will be the first to hear about it!

Do you offer any military discounts?

Yes! If you are an active military member, please send a copy of your military ID to alannamurray001@gmail.com to receive the discount. Please note that certain items may not be available for discounts.

Do you offer a Loyalty and Rewards Program?

At this time, we only offer exclusive discounts and sales through subscribing to our email list, where you will see an occasional email come to your inbox. We are working to create a Loyalty and Rewards program where you will earn points for shopping, interacting on social media, reviewing products, and more – stay tuned and be sure to subscribe so that you don’t miss out!

How much does shipping cost? How long does it take?

Standard shipping in the U.S. costs a flat rate of $6.99. Orders are typically dropped off at the third-party postal carrier within 24-48 hours after an order is placed and you will be notified via email once this takes place. It usually takes 5-8 business days to receive your order after it is placed – although, we strive for you to receive your order as soon as possible. Please note that there can be unforeseen timelines with the third-party postal carriers that is out of our control. While we have not received any complaints for shipping timelines, some customers have even commented about how pleasantly surprised they were because they received their order so quickly in the mail. We strive to “wow” you in every way possible.

Do you accept returns?

We are sorry that the swimsuit did not work for you! Yes, we do accept returns within 30 days of when your order was shipped. If you are interested in initiating a return, please send an email to alannamurray001@gmail.com with your name, order number, and item(s) you would like to return. We will then send an email to you with a free shipping label which you can use to send your item(s) back to us. Please refer to the Returns page on our website for further details and instructions.

Our swimsuit company first made a splash (pun very much intended) when our white tankini started garnering national attention online.
