Customer satisfaction is the most important thing - if you are not at all satisfied with what you received and would like to initiate a return, please send an email to email@example.com with your name, order number, and item(s) you'd like to return.
Returns must be initiated and postmarked no later than 30 days from the day that the order was shipped. If it is longer than 30 days, then your return will not be accepted.
Returns will be processed within 5-7 days of receipt. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, and usually take 3-5 business days to show in your account.
Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.
